What is the registration process?

On the landing page, please click on the "Sign-In/Up" tab to be redirected to the customer registration portal. A registration form pops up, complete the same and submit. Upon submission, the form shall be verified by AMNS team and upon successful verification of the details, you will receive login credentials on your registered email within 3-4 working days.

How do I deactivate my account?

How do I ensure/crosscheck that I have registered myself correctly?

How to retrieve in case I forget my user id or password?

In case you have forgotten your password, you have an option to reset the password by using 'Forgot Password?' option.You have below two options to reset the password:

1.Password reset through registered email ID

Can multiple user use one login id / user-id?

Yes, you can use different devices for login, but auction participation will start once user will enter the OTP, which he/ she has received on your registered e mail id.

How do I check if my registration is valid or in block status?

Once your account will be activated, you will get an auction link on your Click for Steel login page.

Can I use my phone to participate in the auction?

Yes, as a user you can use mobile phone to participate in the auction.

How to participate in auction?

You can participate in any auction, by clicking on auction link at click for steel home page.

Is there an EMD for participation in auction?

There is No fee / EMD to participate in Auction,But, It will applicable case to case basis.

Do I need to register separately for participation in auction of Hazira, Khopoli, Pune, Gandhidham or service center locations?

No need to register yourself for individual location. You can participate in any auction-related to click for steel and all the location.
